1. Website Use, Quotations & Orders

These terms apply when you use the Printello website, request a quotation or place an order. Product details, availability, prices and estimated production times are confirmed in the quotation or written order confirmation.

Please review the written quotation carefully, including the products, quantities, sizes, artwork, price and delivery arrangements. An order proceeds once Printello has accepted it in writing and any required payment, deposit or approvals stated in the quotation have been completed. If order-specific details differ from these general terms, the written quotation or order confirmation will apply to those details.

Prices and delivery charges will be confirmed before the order is accepted. The standard courier fee is R100 for general orders delivered within South Africa. If an unusually large, heavy or bulky order needs a more costly delivery service, Printello will provide a shipping quote and obtain your agreement to any additional charge before confirming the order.

2. Artwork, Approval & Production

Artwork and permissions
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, photographs, wording or other material you provide. You authorise Printello to use that material to prepare and fulfil your order. Printello may decline material that appears unlawful or appears to infringe another person’s rights.

Checking and approving your order
Before production, carefully check any proof or order details supplied by Printello, including spelling, names, sizes, quantities, colours, placement and product selection. Production will follow the details you approve. Contact Printello promptly if something in the proof or confirmation is incorrect.

Printed results and timing
Colours can look different on screens than they do on a finished product, and results may vary between materials and printing processes. Production estimates depend on the confirmed products, artwork approval and order requirements. Printello will advise you if a material change to the agreed timing is needed.

3. Changes, Cancellations, Returns & Customer Rights

Changes and cancellations
Contact Printello as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible after materials have been prepared or production has started. If Printello agrees to a cancellation at that stage, any amount charged will reflect work already completed or costs already committed, as permitted by applicable law.

Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the agreed order, contact Printello promptly with your order details and, where possible, clear photographs. Printello will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any customer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under South African law.
